Kazi Farms Limited is hiring Manager/ Sr. Manager for their Audit Department. Kazi Farms Limited was established in 1996 as a hatchery for imported eggs; the following year it started its own parent farms. In 2004 production started in our grand-parent (GP) farms. which was responsible for Bangladesh’s first exports of hatching eggs and day-old chicks in 2004. In that year, our Managing Director, Kazi Zahedul Hasan, was named Businessperson of the Year by the Daily Star/DHL Business Awards.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute internal audit operation in all business units under regional office upon consultation with Departmental Heads
- Plan & execute on-site audit as per internal audit plan and ensure internal operational procedures are complying with company code of conduct
- Identify discrepancy in processes and report to Functional Head for initiating corrective actions
- Identify process/systems misappropriation, fraud, irregularity, gaps, inefficiency of assigned business units and report to the In-Charge by recommending corrective actions
- Ensure audit assignments are completed within the established time frame
- Assist to plan and conduct special audit assignment and investigation at any time as assigned by Management
- Develop or strengthen audit processes and procedures
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: CACC with part qualification/ACCA or ICMA qualified with post graduate degree in Finance
Experience Requirements: 6 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
-> 6 – 8 years in audit operation at large organizations
-> The post holder will be expected to:
-> Have first hand knowledge in working with ERP.
-> Have excellent oral and written communication skills
-> Have sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel
-> Have ability to work under pressure and travel extensively
-> Critical thinking ability
-> Problem-solving skills
