Job Responsibilities
- Maintain & Prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Bill Register, General Ledger etc.
- Posting of Daily Collection and Expenses in the Software
- Monthly reconciliation of Dealer receivable and Bank deposit
- Petty Cash maintaining and updating for Regional offices
- To assist prepare of Cost of Production
- Reconciliation of Dealer Account with Software and Office Accounts
- Maintain Fixed Assets and Stationery
- VAT related Register maintain and Return Submission Local Circle
- To prepare Wages sheet of the Production Dept.
- Computer literacy in MS word, MS Excel, MS power point
- Flash report as when required by the Management
- Others analytical job as and when required
